5. Use of Personal Data

Personal data can be used in the following ways:

(a) Compliance with laws
Since most of our services are subject to laws and regulations, we must collect, use, and store your personal data in specific ways. For example, TIPVIEW must verify and confirm that customers using our services comply with cross-jurisdictional anti-money laundering laws. This includes collecting and storing photos of IDs. If you do not provide personal information required by law, we must close your account.

(b) Applying terms of this Agreement
We actively monitor, investigate, prevent, and mitigate potential prohibited or illegal activities, enforce agreements with third parties, and prevent and inspect violations of this Agreement. Additionally, we may need to charge fees for using our services. We collect information about your account use and closely monitor interactions with our services. Any personal information collected about you can be used for these purposes.

(c) Detection and prevention of fraud and/or loss of funds
We process your personal information to detect, prevent, and reduce fraud and abuse of our services and to protect your account security.

(d) Provision of services
Access to personal information is required to provide services. For example, when you want to use OTC services on our platform, we may require specific information such as identity verification, contact information, and payment information, and without such information, we cannot provide the service. Third parties such as identity verification service providers may also collect your personal information when providing identity verification and/or fraud prevention services.

(e) Providing service communications
We send administrative or account-related information to inform you of the latest information about our services, notify you of relevant security issues or updates, or provide other trade-related information. Without these communications, you may not be aware of important developments related to your account, which may affect your use of our services. You cannot opt out of receiving important service communications, such as emails or text messages sent for legal or security purposes.

(f) Providing customer service
We will access personal information when you contact us for problem resolution. We cannot respond to your requests, and if we do not process your personal information, you can use the service without interruption.

(g) Ensuring network and information security
We process your personal information to improve security, monitor and verify your identity and access to our services, prevent spam or other malicious software or security risks, and comply with applicable security laws and regulations. (h) For research and development
We will access your personal information to better understand how you use and interact with our services. We will also use this information to customize and improve the content and layout of our services as well as develop additional services. If we do not process personal information, you may not be able to continue enjoying the service.

(i) Enhancing experience
We will access your personal information to provide a personalized experience and meet your needs. For example, we may access certain personal information stored by third parties. If you do not process personal information, we may not be able to guarantee that you can continue to enjoy some or all of our services.

We may access all information about your account and use of our services in the event of corporate acquisitions, mergers, or other corporate transactions. If you do not want personal information processed for these purposes, you can choose to close your account.

(k) Participating in marketing activities
We may send marketing communications (such as emails or text messages) to inform you about events or partner activities, provide targeted marketing, and offer promotional deals. Our marketing strategy is based on your advertising and marketing preferences and is applied as permitted by applicable law. If you do not wish to receive marketing information, please submit a request to our personal data protection officer at dataprotect@TIPVIEW.com.

(l) For other purposes
We may disclose your personal information for any purpose to which you have consented.

Notwithstanding the above, we may also share your personal information with the individuals or companies below in the circumstances specified below.

Personal information we process and collect may be transferred between TIPVIEW companies as a normal part of conducting business and providing our services to you.

We employ other companies and individuals to perform functions on our behalf. Examples include data analysis, providing marketing support, payment processing, content delivery, credit risk assessment and management, coding and development of TIPVIEW-related mobile and/or other forms of portable applications (including the TIPVIEW application on Google Play - Developer Name: TIPVIEW; Developer ID: 7724732378084052863). (c) Legal authorities:
We may be required by law or a court to disclose specific information about you or any agreement related to you to relevant regulatory, law enforcement, and/or other competent authorities. We will disclose information about you to legal authorities to the extent mandatory by law. We may also need to share your information to enforce or apply legal rights or prevent fraud.

(d) Business transfers:
As we continue to develop our business, we may sell or buy other businesses or services. In such transactions, user information is generally one of the transferred business assets but is subject to promises made in pre-existing privacy notices (unless, of course, the user consents otherwise). Also, in the unlikely event that TIPVIEW or substantially all of its assets are acquired by a third party, user information will be one of the transferred assets.

(e) TIPVIEW and other protections:
We release account and other personal information when we believe release is appropriate to comply with the law or our regulatory obligations; enforce or apply our user agreement and other agreements; or protect the rights, property, or safety of TIPVIEW, our users, or others. This includes exchanging information with other companies and organizations for fraud protection and credit risk reduction.

TIPVIEW does not provide, sell, rent, or trade your personal information unless we obtain your prior consent. If a third party and TIPVIEW (including our affiliates) provide services to you individually or jointly, and they have access to that information after service termination, it will be refused if it includes all previously accessible information. TIPVIEW also does not allow any third party to collect, compile, sell, or distribute your personal information. If a TIPVIEW user engages in such activities, TIPVIEW reserves the right to immediately terminate the service agreement with the user upon discovery.

You are not authorized to use the service unless you are a natural person with full capacity for civil rights and civil acts. Hereafter, TIPVIEW hopes you do not provide your personal information.

6. Information Storage

Information and materials we collect are stored on the servers of TIPVIEW and/or its affiliates and may be transferred to countries, regions, or places other than the country where TIPVIEW collected the information and materials, and may be visited, stored, and displayed in countries other than the country of origin. By submitting personal data, you agree to this transfer, storage, and/or processing.
